These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77pt Casino ("77pt", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the website located at 77pt.asia and all associated services, games, and features made available through the 77pt platform.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing any portion of the 77pt platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms are effective from the date of your account registration and remain in effect for as long as you hold an active 77pt account.

77pt reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an account at 77pt Casino, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations applicable to all online gambling platforms operating in or serving the Philippine market.
• You are accessing 77pt from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted under applicable local laws.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

• You have not previously been excluded from 77pt, whether voluntarily or otherwise, or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any court order, injunction, or legal restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.

77pt reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any account found to have been registered in breach of these eligibility requirements will be closed and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-fraud and AML obligations.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active 77pt account. Multiple accounts operated by the same person, or accounts registered using false identity information, constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering your 77pt account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine identification document
• Your date of birth (confirming you are 21 years of age or older)
• A valid Philippine mobile number that you own and control
• A GCash account number or bank account registered in your own name, for the purpose of withdrawals

77pt is required under Philippine AML regulations to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. You agree to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, UMID, SSS, driver's license, or passport) and any additional documents requested by our compliance team. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77pt login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 77pt will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 77pt support immediately.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at 77pt is ₱50 (Philippine Peso). All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 77pt does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and PNB, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a verified GCash or bank account registered in your name. 77pt does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification.

Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. 77pt does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Currency: All transactions on the 77pt platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion required is your responsibility and at your cost.

AML Compliance: 77pt is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals, and to delay or suspend transactions pending AML review. Transactions that cannot be satisfactorily explained may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

77pt offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all 77pt bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new 77pt players only and apply to first qualifying deposits. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game types specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on excluded game types does not contribute toward rollover requirements.
• 77pt reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if we determine, at our reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, exploitation of pricing errors, hedging bets across multiple accounts, or any other strategy designed to obtain bonus value without genuine play.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.
• 77pt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on 77pt are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of the game you are playing. 77pt publishes game rules within each game's interface and, where applicable, in dedicated help sections of the platform.

77pt reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed after the event or game round had concluded
• A manifest error occurred in the pricing, display, or settlement of the bet
• The bet was placed using a technical error or software malfunction on the 77pt platform
• 77pt has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in violation of these Terms

Voided bets will have the staked amount returned to the player's 77pt account balance. 77pt's decision on bet settlement is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described below.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77pt platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud 77pt or other players, including through use of stolen payment credentials, false identity, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated Systems: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the 77pt platform without human input.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting pricing errors, software bugs, or technical malfunctions to obtain winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.
• Money Laundering: Using the 77pt platform to launder proceeds of crime or to deposit funds that cannot be legitimately accounted for.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or play if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating the registration of an underage individual.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your 77pt account, regardless of their relationship to you.

All content on the 77pt platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, live streaming content, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive property of 77pt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 77pt platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 77pt content without express written permission from 77pt.

77pt collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 77pt.asia/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

77pt will share your personal data with third parties only where required to fulfill our KYC and AML obligations under Philippine law, to process your payment transactions, or where required by a competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.

77pt is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment for all Filipino players. In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and our own responsible gaming policy, 77pt provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a defined period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77pt shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 77pt platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

77pt does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific game types. 77pt will not be liable for losses arising from such unavailability, provided that any bet stakes that were placed but could not be settled due to technical failure will be refunded to your 77pt account balance.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 77pt's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

77pt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their 77pt account, and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the 77pt platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of 77pt Casino shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process.
